LaunchListing was born from a real problem in a real brokerage — a broker who got tired of scrambling every time a seller asked, "What have you been doing?"

THE BEGINNING

LaunchListing started the way most good tools do — out of frustration.

Our founder, Bryan Powell, spent 11 years in asset management at BlackRock, managing client relationships and reporting for some of the world's largest portfolios. When he transitioned to luxury real estate, he brought one core belief with him: client communication is the foundation of great service.

In finance, that's standard. Every quarter, your clients get a polished performance report. In real estate? You're manually adding up Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com views, pulling Instagram & Facebook stats, finding the neighborhood mailer you sent and pasting them into an email at 11 PM the night before a seller meeting.

"We were spending more time proving we were working than actually working. There had to be a better way to keep clients informed."

So he built one. First for his own brokerage — automated reports that pulled in Zillow & Redfin views, social media engagement, website traffic, and open house attendance. Then listing landing pages that made every property look like it had its own marketing team.

But reporting what you've done only goes so far if the marketing itself is still a scramble. So LaunchListing evolved — from a reporting tool into a full listing marketing platform. Now agents create social media campaigns, generate video reels, publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and track it all from one dashboard. The reports still go to your seller. But the marketing that fills those reports? That happens inside LaunchListing too.

Other agents noticed. They asked what tool he was using. The answer was always the same: "I built it myself."

That's when we realized this wasn't just a personal hack. It was a platform the industry needed.
