Seller Hub is the private, always-on home for each of your listings. Your seller accesses one branded page to see everything you're doing to sell their home — social posts and reels, views across Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com, showing activity and feedback, offers, estimated net proceeds, and every upcoming milestone on a shared calendar. It's how you prove your value without sending a single "here's an update" text.

What happens after my listing closes?

The listing moves to a closed state, so it no longer counts toward your active-listing limit — but the Seller Hub and its full history stay intact. Your seller keeps a lasting, branded record of everything you did to market and sell their home, which is exactly what keeps you top of mind for referrals and their next move.

Can my brokerage standardize every listing?

Yes. On the Team and Brokerage plans you set the marketing cadence and standards once, and every agent's listings follow them automatically. A portfolio dashboard shows each listing's Seller Confidence Score at a glance, so you know every seller is getting the experience your brand promises — without babysitting individual agents.

Can sellers compare offers?

Yes. Upload each offer pdf and Offer Analysis breaks them down side by side: price, terms, contingencies, and estimated net proceeds. You get a clean comparison you can walk through with your seller to guide the decision.

Can sellers access their hub after closing?

Do all plans include marketing, seller hub, and listing websites?

Yes. Every plan includes full access to social media marketing, seller reports, and listing websites — no separate subscriptions. Higher plans add branding, white-label, team features, and portfolio oversight, but the core seller experience is the same on every plan.

What counts as an "active listing"?

Any Coming Soon, Active or Pending listing. When a listing sells or goes off market it no longer counts toward your plan limit.

Is it really free to start?

Yes. Your first listing is completely free — full access to marketing, seller reports, and your listing website, with no credit card required and no time limit. When you're ready to add a second listing, choose the plan that fits how many active listings you run.

What's the difference between custom branding and white-label?

Custom branding (Growth) adds your logo, colors, and contact info across reports, listing websites, and social templates. White-label (Team and Brokerage) goes further — your own custom domain and zero LaunchListing branding, so every seller-facing page looks like it came straight from your brokerage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade instantly and your new features activate right away (prorated billing). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no contracts.
