What counts as an "active listing"?

Any Coming Soon, Active or Pending listing. When a listing sells, it no longer counts toward your plan limit. You can unpublish listings that expired, are on hold, or are off market and reactivate at any time. Once a listing sells, your Listing Landing Page and Seller Reports stay live! That way you can show them off on your website and in listing presentations to win new business.

Do all plans include marketing, reports, AND listing pages?

Yes. Every plan includes full access to social media marketing tools, seller reports, and listing websites. No separate subscriptions. That's one of the biggest differences between LaunchListing and competitors who charge for each separately.

How does social media publishing work?

Connect your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts in Settings. Then choose a template, pick your listing photos, and publish — all from the LaunchListing dashboard. Posts go live directly on your connected accounts. You can also schedule posts for later.

What kind of posts can I create?

Instagram feed posts, Instagram stories, multi-image carousels, Facebook posts, and cinematic video reels. Each format uses professionally designed templates that auto-populate with your listing's photos, address, and details. Reels are generated using either your listing photos or your listing video. AI generates platform-optimized captions with hashtags.

Is it really free to start?

Your first listing is completely free — full access to social media marketing, seller reports, and listing pages, with no credit card required and no time limit. When you're ready to create a second listing, choose the plan that fits how many active listings you run. Your existing data always stays safe.

What's the difference between custom branding and white label?

Custom branding (Growth plan) adds your logo, colors, and contact info to reports, pages, and social media templates — but includes a small "Powered by LaunchListing" note. The url of the Seller Report & Listing Website is LaunchListing.com.

White label (Pro/Team plan) removes all LaunchListing branding entirely, and allows you to use your own domain name for the links (reports.smithrealestate.com). Sellers and prospective clients will think you built it yourself!

Do the social posts show up in my seller reports?

Yes! When you publish a post through LaunchListing, the engagement data (views, likes, comments, shares) automatically feeds into your marketing dashboard and seller report. Your sellers see exactly how their listing is being marketed and how it's performing across social media.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade instantly and your new features activate right away (prorated billing). Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no contracts.

Do you offer brokerage or enterprise pricing?
