What counts as an "active listing"?

Any listing that has a published Listing Landing Page & Seller Report (visible to the public) and is not in a Sold status. When a listing sells or expires, it no longer counts toward your plan limit. You can unpublish listings that expired, are on hold, or are off market and reactivate at any time. Once a listing sells, your Listing Landing Page and Seller Reports stay live! That way you can show them off on your website and in listing presentations to win new business.

Do all plans include both seller reports AND listing pages?

Yes. Every plan includes full access to both products. You don't need separate subscriptions. That's one of the biggest differences between LaunchListing and competitors who charge separately for each.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to all features for 7 days. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to continue. Your data stays safe if you need more time to decide.

What's the difference between custom branding and white label?

Custom branding (Growth plan) adds your logo and colors to the landing page and seller report — but includes a "Powered by LaunchListing" note. The url of the Seller Report & Listing Landing Page is LaunchListing.com.

White label (Pro/Team plan) removes all LaunchListing branding entirely, and allows you to use your own domain name for the links (reports.smithrealestate.com). Sellers and prospective clients will think you built it yourself!

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade instantly and your new features activate right away (prorated billing). Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no contracts.

Do you offer brokerage or enterprise pricing?

Yes. For brokerages with more than 20 active listings, we offer custom enterprise pricing. Contact us for details.
