How do I make a flyer for a listing?
Add the listing to LaunchListing once. The flyers and the brochure are prepared from the photos and property details you entered, with your logo, your colors and your headshot already on them. Open one, change a photo or a line of copy if you want to, and download the PDF.
What sizes are the flyers?
The single-page flyer and the two-sided flyer are 8.5 by 11 inches. The open house flyer is 8.5 by 11 inches as well and is made when you add an open house. The brochure folds to 11 by 8.5 inches and prints on one 11 by 17 inch sheet, and you also get its pages in reading order for the printer in your office.
Can I edit the flyer, or am I stuck with what it gives me?
You can change any of it. Click a photo to replace it or move it inside its frame, and rewrite the headline or the text. You preview your changes and then download the PDF you approved. Your edits stay on that piece.
What happens when the price or the open house details change?
Your materials follow the listing. Change the price, the photos or the description and every prepared piece is rebuilt, so the next file you download is current. Add an open house or move its day or time and that flyer is rebuilt too. Anything you changed by hand is kept through the rebuild. A PDF you already downloaded is a file on your computer, so it does not change: the listing tells you it has changed since your last download, which is your cue to download it again before printing.
Where does the printing happen?
Wherever you already print. You download a PDF and send it to the printer in your office or to your print shop. We do not sell printing and we do not mark it up. When you download you choose a smaller file for a desk printer, full photo resolution for a print shop, or a version that declares its trim size for a trade printer, with bleed and crop marks when a printer asks for them.
What is the QR code on the flyer?
Buyers scan it to open the listing website for that home, where the photos, the map and your contact details live.
