LaunchListing ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data when you use our platform and website (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect

- Account details (name, email, password, brokerage name)
- Billing information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Listing data, images, and branding assets you upload
- Communications with our support team
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data (pages viewed, features used, session duration)
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
Information from third-party integrations:
- Social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) from platforms you connect
- Real estate portal data (views, saves, traffic) for your listings
- CRM data if you enable a CRM integration
We only access third-party data you explicitly authorize through OAuth or similar consent mechanisms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your listing data or client information to market to your clients.

- Service providers: Payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Vercel/AWS), email delivery, and analytics tools that help us operate the Service. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
- At your direction: When you share a seller report or listing page with your clients, that content becomes visible to anyone with the link.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice to you.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it. After that, we delete it from our active systems. Backups may be retained for up to 90 days. Billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting laws.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
