Data Deletion Instructions

LaunchListing ("we," "us," or "our") gives you full control over your data, including any information obtained from connected platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This page explains how to delete your data from LaunchListing.
What data this covers
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business/Creator account to LaunchListing, we store only what is needed to publish your marketing content and report on its performance:
- Your connected Page and Instagram account identifiers and names
- Access tokens used to publish and read insights on your own accounts
- Posts our app published on your behalf and their performance metrics (reactions, comments, reach, impressions, engagement)
We only access data you explicitly authorize through Facebook Login, and only for the accounts you connect.
Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (instant)
- Log in to your account at app.launchlisting.com.
- Go to Settings → Connections.
- Click Disconnect next to the Facebook or Instagram account you want to remove.
Disconnecting immediately revokes our access tokens and removes the stored connection and its associated platform data.
Option 2 — Remove via Facebook settings
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find LaunchListing in the list and select Remove.
- Facebook notifies us, and we delete the associated data for that connection.
Option 3 — Email request (full account & data deletion)
To delete your entire LaunchListing account and all associated data, email hello@launchlisting.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete My Data."
We will confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
