How it works

Prepared for you. Still yours to change.

You do not start from a blank template, and you are not stuck with what you are given.

1

Add the listing. The pieces are waiting.

Your photos and property details go in once. Your logo, your colors and your headshot come from your account, so the branding is already on every piece.

2

Swap a photo or rewrite a line.

Click anything on the page. Pick a different photo, move it inside its frame, or change the words. Your edits stay on that piece.

3

Preview your changes, then download your finished PDF.

What you approve on screen is the file you get.

Your look

Choose a design once, and keep it

Choose your preferred design for each format. New materials use your defaults automatically, and you can customize an individual piece whenever you want. Classic and Editorial are social designs too, so the carousel and the flyer for the same listing match. See them on social

The Classic design of the single page flyer

Classic

Quiet and traditional. White space, thin rules, the facts read across the page.

The Editorial design of the same flyer

Editorial

Warmer and closer to a magazine page, with a serif headline and a full width photo.

Your seller

Let your seller see the work you are doing.

Switch a piece on and it appears on that listing's Seller Hub, beside the posts, the showings and the rest of the marketing you have done for their home.

You choose which materials they see, and you can switch any of them off again. The hub shows what has been created and shared for the listing.

Printing

Print it wherever you print

You download a PDF. Send it to the printer down the hall or to the print shop you already use. We do not sell printing and we do not mark it up.

What happens when the price or the open house details change?

Your materials follow the listing. Change the price, the photos or the description and every prepared piece is rebuilt for you, so the next file you download is current. Add an open house or move its day or time and that flyer is rebuilt too, and if you cancel the event its flyer goes with it.

Anything you changed by hand stays yours. A headline you rewrote or a photo you chose is kept through the rebuild, and you can hand any of it back to the automatic version whenever you want.

A PDF you already downloaded is a file on your computer, so it does not change. The listing tells you that it changed after your last download, which is your cue to download the piece again before printing.

What quality do the files come in?

Three choices when you download: a smaller file for a desk printer, full photo resolution for a print shop, and a version that declares its trim size for a trade printer. Bleed and crop marks are there when a printer asks for them.

How does the brochure print and fold?

It is prepared for both. You get one 11 x 17 sheet that folds in half at a print counter, and the pages in reading order for the printer in your office.

Where does my branding come from?

Your account. Your logo, your colors, your headshot and your contact details land on every piece automatically, and your initials stand in until you upload a logo.

What is the QR code on the flyer?

Buyers scan it to open the listing page for that home, where the photos, the map and your contact details live.

Can I use a flyer I made somewhere else?

Yes. Upload your own piece and it sits with the prepared ones, and it can go on the Seller Hub the same way.

Is print marketing included in my plan?

Yes, on every plan, including the first listing you run for free.

Add a listing. The flyer is already made.

Your first listing is free, and print marketing is part of it.
